Go With Courage relies almost entirely on the good will of its volunteers.
Adult volunteers help us by collecting raffle and silent auction prizes, selling advertisements in our magazine-quality Spring Journal, publicizing our events through email and on social media, and oftentimes, by working at and attending our fundraising events with friends and family.
Roslyn middle and high school students who volunteer to help us receive community service credit for their work. Their assignments vary based upon their age and level of commitment. Many students have earned nationally recognized awards for their years of service. In addition, and in some circumstances, students are able to ask for anecdotal letters and letters of recommendation upon applying to college.
Recently, Go With Courage launched a Mitzvah Project opportunity and its COURAGE CART for young adults who are interested in taking on more responsibility. For more information on either of these new experiences, please see the designated sections on this website.
Go With Courage is an all-volunteer charity and, therefore, could not continue the work of its mission without its volunteers. We are so grateful that they chose our important cause to serve.
If you or someone you know would like to volunteer, please contact us!
